Balcony Trading Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Balcony Trading LLC (“Balcony Trading,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information. It applies to our website, contact and waitlist forms, purchases, Vector, Vector Swing and future products, Discord support and communities, TradingView access administration, testimonials, and related services.
1. Information We Collect
Information You Provide: We may collect your name, email address, Discord username, TradingView username, support topic, message content, waitlist selections, account details, communication preferences, and any other information you voluntarily provide through forms, email, Discord, purchases, or customer support.
Purchase and Transaction Information: Stripe processes payment-card information on our behalf. Balcony Trading does not receive or store your full payment-card number. We may receive customer contact details, purchase details, subscription status, payment status, transaction identifiers, and limited billing information needed to administer purchases, access, cancellations, accounting, and fraud prevention.
Website and Usage Information: When you visit or interact with our website or services, we and our service providers may automatically receive information such as your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring pages, pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, timestamps, and interactions with the website, emails, forms, or services. We may also collect optional feedback, reviews, testimonials, charts, screenshots, and other content you choose to submit.
2. How We Use Information
We use personal information to provide and administer our products and services; process purchases and subscriptions; grant, verify, maintain, or revoke access to indicators on the applicable TradingView account; provide Discord and customer support; respond to inquiries; and deliver access instructions and service-related communications.
We may also use information to operate, secure, troubleshoot, analyze, and improve the website and services; maintain business, tax, legal, and transaction records; prevent fraud, misuse, and unauthorized account sharing; enforce our Terms; comply with legal obligations; and protect the rights, safety, and property of Balcony Trading, our customers, and others.
We use email addresses for transactional and service communications and, where permitted, waitlist or marketing updates. You may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time. If you voluntarily submit feedback or testimonial content, we may use it as described in the submission notice and our Terms, including on our website and in marketing materials.
3. How We Disclose Information
Service Providers: We may disclose information to vendors that help us operate our business and deliver services. Depending on how you interact with us, these providers may include Framer for website hosting and analytics, Formspree for contact-form submissions, Stripe for payment processing, Discord for community and support, TradingView for indicator access, Google services for forms or records, email providers, and professional advisers. These providers process information according to their own terms and privacy practices and, where applicable, our instructions.
Legal and Business Purposes: We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, or government requests; protect rights, safety, and security; investigate fraud or violations; enforce agreements; or complete a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of business assets. Balcony Trading does not sell personal information for money and does not use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
4. Cookies and Analytics
Our website and service providers may use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to operate the website, remember preferences, understand site usage, maintain security, and improve performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings, although disabling some cookies may affect website functionality. Because there is no uniform industry standard for browser Do Not Track signals, our website may not respond to them. Third-party services may collect information according to their own privacy policies.
5. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing access and support, maintaining transaction and business records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, preventing fraud, and satisfying legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory obligations.
Retention periods vary based on the type of information, the relationship with you, operational needs, and applicable legal requirements. When information is no longer reasonably needed, we may delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it, subject to lawful exceptions and backup cycles.

You are responsible for protecting your own Discord, TradingView, email, and other account credentials.

You may unsubscribe from promotional emails using the link in the message. To make a privacy request, email support@balconytrading.com. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where permitted or required by law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
8. Feedback, Testimonials, and User Content
Providing feedback is optional. When you voluntarily submit a review, testimonial, comment, chart, screenshot, trade example, question, or other content, we may use and publish it as authorized by the notice presented at submission and our Terms and Conditions. We may lightly edit content for clarity without materially changing its meaning and may remove identifying or sensitive information where reasonably appropriate. Do not submit brokerage credentials, full payment-card information, government identification numbers, or other sensitive information through feedback or support forms.
9. Children’s Privacy
Our website and services are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact support@balconytrading.com so we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised Policy on this page and update the Effective Date. Where required by applicable law, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
